We are looking to hire for immediate full-time employment. Our good candidate will have a CDL A License and will be expected to learn and operate our Digger Derrick and Bucket Trucks. A CDL is not required for Aerial/Bucket work and this experience is preferred not necessary. This position works as part of a crew that performs utility line work. This candidate must be able to climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach. Pay rate based on experience, motivation and ability. Duties include but are not limited to:
Showing up to work on time ready to go with a positive attitude.
Assisting in the installation and maintenance of aerial fiber, pole attachments and down guy installation.
Assisting line crew with setting and removing poles by shoveling and filling anchor holes.
Properly maintaining, preparing and operating all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, and aerial lifts.
Using bucket trucks as well as utilizing ropes to ascend poles and clear utility lines proficiently and safely.
Working from varying heights effectively and efficiently, following safety policies and procedures wearing the provided personal protective equipment required for the job in a safe manner.
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Our ideal candidate will be able to perform other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
